Switched in Dec24 to annual plan (ultimate + unlimited), paid 400 usd In Jan 2025 they were trying to charge my card, 407.76 USD, luckily there was lack of funds, so they didn't succeed In Feb I forgot about the situation and the card balance surpassed the amount. And they billed me again like if it was a monthly payment, not an annual! Not replying to my emails. LOOKS SCAM! _________________ UPD 16/02 FInally, I got my refund and Humbot promised my plan is running active as it should After you get their automated answer, likely AI generated, try to response appealing you need a live person support. In my case that helped
