Brittney was fantastic at explaining her role and she was going to do to help. I appreciated the thoughtful response and comments she made to me about my situation. I also appreciate the attention to detail and the follow up calls and her willingness to help and not give up. She does her job well and has been great in handling my particular situation. I am very pleased with her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond for someone she has personally never meet. Thank you some much for your help
