Excessive delivery and return charges
I ordered 2 dresses, both took a few weeks to arrive but in arrival they were good quality. Fit was also good, I ordered size 12's, size was as expected. I had always expected to return one, therefore requested return, postage of £3 and re stocking fee of over £20 was deducted for the return, this was on top of £20 delivery originally. This was not made clear at all at any point and I feel this is excessive. Not happy.
