Nick Carey was excellent. He performed analysis paralysis on each person. It showed their blind spots and helped them work through it. I am being new to the group; it helped me see the same blind spot in myself. What I really appreciate is how he took his time with each person and helped them see we have the answers within ourselves. Plus, gave me those action steps to take next.
