I needed help with my client Area password around 1 o'clock this morning the customer service been so very poor, I've received a response around 4 then i replied... I've not been attended to, since then been waiting hours to get help, i should've been already busy working by now. I like your vps services but if don't have a better way to attend to your clients without having them to wait hours to get help then you gonna lose your loyal clients.. please improve responses to client by not keeping clients wait so long to get help. It's now 09:35 still nothing..
