Order not yet delivered and seller reply confusing
I ordered lofree flow last April 10 I did get a reply after i followed up, but they kept on replying this:We apologize for contacting you so late. Your order shows Payment High Risk did not ship successfully. Please provide a screenshot of your payment payment and confirm that you can receive the item at the following address, thank you Why can't they check their own database and provide a firm answer.
