Extras customer service is rapidly fast, they take care of you within an hour or two, I started using extra last month to build my zero credit score, I got my physical card within a few days of submitting all my info and within the 2nd week I had my first score through experian followed by Equifax on credit karma the app is also very helpful by providing you with a deep dive about what credit scores do what and which ones you need to apply for certain loans through their mini web videos, and I personally like how easy the app is set up to maneuver around. You start of with $100 of purchasing power and gradually go up to $300 as you make your payments with extra, I linked all my recurring payments from Spotify to Netflix with my extra card and despite it being a small payment extra makes it count !
