Extremely bad experience
I didn't know Vpost has become such a horrible company until last week. I made an order and had proof of the parcel being delivered to the VPost warehouse. Looking at all the other reviews, I faced the same issue of calling the customer service, them sending me an email, me providing all the screenshots of the delivery receipts and them saying they will escalate but never get back to me. I suspect vpost staff eating the parcels for themselves or trading it off.
