I am still waiting for a refund. They admitted liability and claimed to have refunded my money, but this is not true. Revolut is holding my refund. They refuse to respond to my enquiry to the bank. If they had replied I would have got my money back. The bank will let me know immediately if there is any news. So far they have done nothing I still consider them to be fraudsters and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
Days later, they have not been able to reply or refund my money. I also filed a chargeback against them, paypal also proved me right. I can show the document to anyone. GET FAR AWAY FROM THEM. IF YOUR ORDER DISAPPEARS THEY WILL STALL AND STEAL YOUR MONEY I inquired at paypal, they said that they told me the truth, but the money did not arrive, you admit this, but I did not receive anything. A chargeback request has been submitted to revolut for this transaction. I think that if the repayment had been made, the bank would probably have canceled the chargeback, but this did not happen.
A gang of cheaters. I bought a oneplus 12 for $669 and it didn't arrive. they promised to refund me, since paypal closed the case because I started a chargeback with revolut, they don't even respond to emails anymore.
