I should have written this before
I should have written this before. Then I noticed that Trustpilot reviews of this company were not that good, and I thought it only fair that I give my tuppence worth to help balance things out. SPOILER ALERT. I am very pleased with them. I bought the ebike conversion kit for my Brompton. I must have watched the assembly video at least five times and I am glad I did. Even though there are only a few components, they have to be fitted correctly. In the box was a replacement front wheel that housed the motor, battery, charger and various parts needed to get my bike to whoosh. I spent about an hour putting it all together, only to find that I had put the wheel back the wrong way round. Unless I wanted to spin backwards endlessly like a bike-riding clown at the circus, I'd better swap it back. Anyhoo, everything works. I only use my Brompton in fine weather, so here it is not that often. I was surprised, though. When I stored the bike away for winter, it was 50% charged. Over 8 months later, I switched on the bike, and it was still at 50%! If I ever needed help, the company was always available via email or Facebook. Support can be slow sometimes, but you always get it.
