My brand new A2L had a extruder motor…
UPDATE BELOW PLEASE READ. My brand new A2L had a extruder motor failure within a week normal of use. Bambu customer support was SLOW to respond but did finally agree to send me a new extruder motor. When I tried to install the replacement motor, the cooling fan connector on the TH board pulled off with the fan connector. Since then, nothing but pandering from Bambu! I didn’t try to remove the connector improperly, I did EXACTLY as the YouTube replacement guide showed. Unfortunately for me this didn't work and bambu seems unwilling to remedy this. This will be my final purchase with bambu. If you decide to buy bambu, be hopeful you don't have any issues! Bottom line, customer support AFTER the sale is non existant in my experience. I do not reccomend buying from Bambu. UPDATE. Bambu has agreed to refund my cost for the new TH board. My printer is once again printing beautifully. I did not edit my original review, this was my experience. It took THIRTEEN days from initial contact to resolution. Had I waited for bambu to replace the TH board it would have taken longer to my week old printer back up and running again... Overall bambu made it right just rather slowely.
