Updated After Communication
Update: It appears their website was incorrect, it was shipped FedEx, not DHL. It was on track to make it within the 2 weeks their Shipping Policy states but FedEx didn't make it to me on time - that's on them, not GMKtec. Updating to 3/5 stars instead of 1/5. Communication could have been better but assuming no issues with unit, I'll be happy! I placed an order on 08/25/2025. I received a DHL Tracking number 3 days later. Since then, there has been 0 movement. Their website shows "Pending" and DHL's Tracking shows it as an invalid number. Their Shipping Policies recommend you use 17track.net for tracking and it doesn't know what to do with the tracking number either. It appears I was probably given a fake tracking number and it hasn't shipped at all. It's been two weeks (09/08/2025) and I can't get a response via email either. I've heard good things about their products and I'm sure that's the case but do not order directly from GMKtec. It is worth the risk management to buy from a different source and use a credit card in case you need the protection of charging back your order. At this point, I would just be happy with a refund and re-ordering via Amazon but I can't get an email back.
