Disreputable and untrustworthy business practices
Their practice is to make you auto-renew instead of making a one time purchase the initial choice. Unaware of this option, I was just charged for renewal without any prior notice (that other companies give) to change my subscription or card info. I cancelled the same day I was charged without having used the product for about a year and they only offered to make it a lifetime subscription; in a 2nd email they gave me the option of half the money back. Their business practices are disreputable and untrustworthy. Update: After my last email EaseUS did refund the full amount. My warning is to be VERY careful when ordering this product & make sure to turn the auto-renew OFF if you don't want it.
