Finally I am an ACCA affiliate!
As a repeater for the AAA exam, I really struggled with how to tackle the new exam format. I could not rely on my old approach since there were significant changes made. Additionally, I did not know the proper way to actually study for AAA. Merely practicing past year questions was not enough - I had major knowledge gaps that I was unaware of and did not know which areas I was lacking in. It was crucial for me to find the right tutor to guide me, as I was not satisfied with some previous tutors who only taught the syllabus but lacked comprehensive exam techniques. Even when they did cover techniques, it was insufficient for my needs. That's when I joined Ms. Sheila's Self Study Course, and it truly opened my eyes to the depth of knowledge required. Sheila showed me a superb step-by-step exam technique that was incredibly helpful. She teaches the syllabus in comprehensive detail, provides neatly organized notes, and most importantly - teaches you how to actually study and think like an auditor. Sheila really cares about her students' progress and keeps in close touch when you have any issues. Thanks to her guidance, I managed to pass with 54 marks. While not a fantastic score, I am still immensely grateful to have finally passed and graduated after previously failing with 48 and 47 marks. As a repeater, I had to completely restart from zero due to the exam format changes - my prior knowledge seemed irrelevant. Sheila's course was key in identifying my weaknesses and showing me exactly how to improve. I cannot recommend Sheila's class enough, especially for repeaters. You will definitively pinpoint your problem areas and know the right strategies to boost your marks. Sometimes as repeaters, we don't realize which parts we are going wrong or lacking in. Even when we do, we lack the proper techniques to quickly improve. Sheila will guide you on the right way to study so you can diagnose and overcome your issues. We must understand that AAA is far harder than other exam papers. It demands significantly more effort, time and sacrifices to achieve a passing 50+ score. We have to take this exam extremely seriously. It is tremendously difficult when you cannot find the right tutor with an effective teaching approach geared towards AAA exam success. I urge you to research your tutor options carefully. Do not simply pick based on reputation, as not every tutor is an expert in actually teaching students how to pass the AAA exam. Some may just recount their own experiences instead of providing a structured study program. I am eternally grateful to have found Sheila as my tutor. Her AAA Self Study course was simply indispensable for me to finally cross this monumental hurdle. Thank you Sheila!
