Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered 5 shirts on April 25th. On May 20th the tracking information (which you have to translate from Chinese,) still said that it was at LAX awaiting customs. When I emailed customer service to ask for a refund, they told me to wait and gave me another tracking code which hasn't been updated in the past 5 days. So, I'm not sure if I'm getting my stuff or if I could get my money back. Not a good customer service nor a reliable company. Update: it is now June 7th and it still hasn't moved (16 days later.) Customer service is an absolute joke. Currently dealing with my credit card company to try to get my money back. I know the shirts are cute and fairly low priced but don't get robbed!! Buy them from a reputable seller instead! Update 2: it is now June 26th and I would love to tell you that they helped me find the package or refunded my money but unfortunately that isnt how our story ends. It has been over 2 months and it hasn't moved from making it through customs in a month and a half. It would be totally different if they were willing to give me a refund but they are still refusing. Run, don't walk away from this company.
