Beware of trying to make even basic changes to your tickets
I booked train tickets from Lisbon to Porto, one-way. Shortly after booking I realized I'd booked one day too soon. The web page said for changes to your itinerary click here...I contacted them and the next day got a reply that they could not change the tickets. The booking has not even been charged to my card. It is not clearly stated that changes cannot be made.
