I ordered a costume and got sent the wrong size. I communicated them the issue and they sent me another one. Then their delivery carrier SpeedX delivered that package to the wrong address. I again communicated the issue and they gave me an option to receive again the costume or get a full refund. I chose the full refund. Chaorenbuy Cosplay have good customer service.
