As a long-time tax professional
As a long-time tax professional, I’m disappointed by the persistent shortcomings in ProConnect and Intuit’s unwillingness to engage with user feedback. The software's diagnostic tools often miss critical issues that directly affect return accuracy, while flagging irrelevant items that add unnecessary noise and confusion. What’s most frustrating, however, is that Intuit offers no clear path for customers to suggest improvements or report bugs. Even public reviews like this go unanswered. It’s incredibly disheartening to invest in professional software that neither listens to nor supports the professionals who rely on it. Until Intuit starts treating user feedback as an asset — not a nuisance — I can’t recommend ProConnect.
