TOPMOBILITY.CA IS A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
RE:Topmobility.com and topmobility.ca There’s a reason why these guys are called Top Mobility! I, have ordered personally, over the past two springs, 3 mobility scooters from this company, as well as over $2000 in scooter accessories, online! Last year, I, was having trouble getting some scooters that I was waiting 8 months for, from local businesses, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada! I, was told my scooters would be coming in 3 months, then I was told it would be 6 months, then I was told it would be 8 months. At that time, I, had ordered 2 PRIDE mobility, scooters, from two different local businesses, and was told the same thing, by both of them! Anyway, it had become April, which, is when I wanted my scooters by, and still no scooters! So, I cancelled both of those orders! I, did dozens of hours of research online, regarding 8 different Canadian scooter dealers, 3 local ones, within my city, and 5 other ones, online! After reading many positive reviews about top mobility.ca and topmobility.com, from a lot of satisfied customers, I, decided to place my order with top mobility.ca! The price was right, and they assured me I would get my scooters very quickly! Well, they weren’t kidding! I, received my scooters within 10 days of placing the orders online, with top mobility.ca! I, received excellent customer service, and all products arrived in excellent shape, regarding everything I’ve ordered, from this company! Best accessory selection! There were a few minor mixups with accessories, but the problem was rectified extremely quickly, to my total satisfaction! I, received everything, that I ordered! The CSR reps, are an absolute pleasure to deal with! I, especially want to thank, Judie Brisiin, who went above and beyond, to make me a satisfied customer! This person, adds an extremely personal touch to her service! I’ve never had a more pleasant experience, dealing with an online CSR rep, in my entire life! Judie, did a fantastic job, making me feel comfortable, and fixed any minor issues/concerns, that I encountered, very quickly! She always got back to me, within a day or 2, and rectified my problems, immediately! Very minor, issues, regarding accessory order errors, in the past! I, ordered many accessories, for 2 of the scooters, there were, at least 15+ accessories, which, I ordered from this company! Last April, I ordered 2 PRIDE Victory LX Sport 4-wheel mobility scooter models, and they arrived in excellent shape! Bought 1 for myself and 1 for a lady friend, as well, in my building! We are very happy with these scooters, we have encountered as of yet, zero problems, whatsoever, and we rode them all last summer and have started riding them already, this year! The speed is great at 8 mph! This year, I wanted a fast recreational scooter, and ordered the newly released, PRIDE Raptor 2 3-wheel recreational scooter model! This thing is fast, I have been riding it several times this year already, at a speed of 13 mph at least! This product came 2000 miles to me, all the way from Florida and I could not believe the fantastic shape, that the packaging was in, and the scooter itself upon arrival! I, was so happy with the delivery service and how well the guy dropped it off, to my building, that I gave him a $20 tip, just for unloading it! As mentioned above, excellent customer service all the way around! Thus far, I, haven’t had to use their warranty service, yet! Hopefully the scooters will last beyond warranty period, free of issues. This, is what I am hoping for! Due to the fact, that, I, am 100% totally satisfied, with the service, I would not hesitate to order anything else from TM.CA, in the future! For any of my disability, health needs! Dealing with Judie Brislin, was such a pleasant experience, she is such a wonderful person, helpful, funny, and you feel like you’re just getting a personal touch experience, with her, all the way through, your correspondence and phone calls! Judie, will be my, primary sales person that I deal with from this point on for all of my future disability needs, when ordering from topmobility.ca! Judie, did such a great job with me, made me feel so comfortable, I feel, she should be training other CSR reps, to do things, the way she does them, when handling future customers/clients! Again, thank you very much for the excellent customer service, Judie Brislin! Should I require any further products in the future, I, will deal with you/her, directly! She, even gave me her direct line number, so I can call straight through to her! My experience with topmobility.ca, has been so satisfying, that this will be my first stop every time, when looking for new disability products, to assist me in my life’s difficulties!
