This company may have good products but the salesperson I dealt with and customer care are poor in communication and bad service. We ordered 400 aprons. Alaizza was good in communicating until I paid for the order. I received an email about my shipment that stated 3 boxes. Only 2 boxes were delivered. UPS returned the box to them because of a "missing shipping label". I called, emailed and was told they are still awaiting reply from the factory. Meantime, I am waiting with no updates and we need the aprons by Thursday, which is 2 days from now. If you don't want any issues with your orders, avoid this company.
