Worst banking experience
Worst banking experience. People are helpful...to within the scope that they are allowed to operate in. However, the systems are not customer friendly. I set up a business banking account and from day 1 was unable to use internet banking as the 2FA unit they gave was not properly synced. The checks would be rejected even though the account was properly funded. The bank card they issued took multiple tries to be properly initiated. To fix ANYTHING I was required to visit a branch. Communication was very poor. Fast for the initial acknowledgement of your email but their followup was almost non existent which turned out to be very painful for us as the dependencies that relied on their response cause multiple issues. Avoid like the plague.
