The person who answered my call listened to my concerns about a scam phone call I received, did research on the telephone number and assured me the number had already been withdrawn which met it had been a scam. Since I did not respond to this number, I was safe. He also asked me if my credit accounts had been frozen, a safe guard for older adults.
