A horrible experience
A horrible experience; in the 30 years I’ve been buying products online, I have never had to request a refund through PayPal. It is absurd that the manufacturer itself has such poor customer service and logistics. The shipping times stated on the website do not match reality. They provide a tracking number for a package that was never actually sent.
