Where is Scottsdale's integrity?
I ordered Silver and Gold from Scottsdale in Jan of 2026. At the time they said shipping would take 2 to 4 weeks. Didnt mind as I have always loved what I got from Scottsdale and they seemed to rush my orders before. Well suddenly the site changed and their orders were 4 to 6 weeks out. I actually waited the 6 weeks to only contact their customer support and find out that my order is still in processing. What? You took my payment 6 weeks ago. You update the waiting time and still dont get me my metal. Where is the integrity? Will never do business with Scottsdale again.
