Former Loyal Customer Left Disappointed by Poor Quality and Broken Promises
I have now received two wigs purchased through wigs.com one by Gabor and one by Raquel Welch. The Gabor wig looked like something Chucky would wear, and the Raquel Welch wig was so small it would not fit a five-year-old. I later discovered that both wigs came from the same supplier, Beauty & Hair. I have already returned the first wig. I am 82 years old, in poor health, and living on a fixed income. Returning these wigs has been painful, time-consuming, and expensive. It is also disappointing not to have a nice wig to wear for special events. I asked for help and was promised assistance, but no one followed through.
