Generally unhappy with my experience
After placing a large order, only half of my items showed up. Contact to support takes several days and its often unable to help in a timely manner. For example, wrote them to cancel my order before it had shipped but by the time they responded back 2 days later it was already on it's way. Same thing with the order missing items, haven't any response back after two days, still managed to take my money however. **update** I'm still just waiting for a refund from Threadless now, overall this experience has been an entire months waste of time.
