DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY, got the bike in October 2024. The valve broke on the wheel within 1 week. The kick stand fell off 1 week later. The mud guard bolts snapped after two months. The monitor doesn’t turn on once turned off unless I take the battery out. The battery lock Is broken And the battery falls out when going down a bump unless I tie it with cable ties. There is problem after problem. I’ve been emailing back and fourth and they tried blaming the battery latch on the bike being dirty, even though it’s protected by mud guards, they then said the bike it dirty and said the mud guard is dirty I said yes ofcourse it’s a bike. Terrible terrible company. Im In an active dispute with Halifax and Klarna. STAY CLEAR PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY. Look at the 4 other reviews . 3 are bad a now mine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They also send me a video how to change the lock, the video was in Chinese and carried out by an expert in normal time without speaking how to change it or taking there time. STAY CLEAR
