Chargeback process
Hi everyone, I read all the reviews from those who bought items from Rococity, and the same thing happened to me. Without checking Trustpilot, I ordered clothes worth 90€ from the website. Like many of you, I received only three out of four items. I sent more than 15 emails, but they aren’t willing to issue a refund or exchange. Instead, they offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. So, I contacted my bank and explained the situation. The bank has the option of retrieving the money through a chargeback process. I recommend everyone to go this route. I received my money, including the shipping charge, in 2 weeks.
