Possible Fraud at Pascal Design Website
I strongly advise caution when ordering from Pascal Design. After placing my order, I experienced significant issues with the shipping process. Despite multiple assurances that my items would be shipped soon, the company has continually prolonged the shipping days without providing a satisfactory explanation or resolution. And the reviews mentioning by “Ava”, how is Ava helpful? All she does is assuring that the “ order is actively in the production pipeline, and the dedicated team is exerting every effort to ensure its timely delivery”. As of now, my items have not been shipped, and communication has been unhelpful and evasive. This experience leads me to believe that there might be fraudulent activities occurring, and I recommend others to be wary before making any purchases from this website. ~Update (May 10,2024)~ After posting my initial review expressing dissatisfaction with Pascal Design due to significant shipping delays, the company reached out to me. They have since shipped my order and offered a 20% refund as compensation. While I appreciate this gesture and have received the items I originally ordered, I remain cautious. Therefore, I do not plan to make future purchases from Pascal Design. However, I acknowledge their effort to rectify the situation following my public feedback.
