Trashie bags
I had purchased 2 Trashie bags. When I went to register one of my bags I got an error. I emailed support and it says it can take up to 48hrs for a response. Within an hour I had an email response. Unfortunately It took me a couple of days to be able to check out the link that was send and it didn't work. I emailed back and got a response and a fix right away.
