Online shopping experience is better than the retail shop.
I don't enjoy Love Bonito's retail shop, there are fewer choices you can find in the retail shop, and not all the shopping experience is good with the retail staff. But, I found it's more comfortable for me to shop from their online store. More choices and also the exchange progress is fast and easy which makes me feel safe to shop online with them.
