I've had issues with their products
I've had issues with their products. First, the carbon filter stopped working after 1.5 months so i replaced it with different manufacturer and have had 0 smell problems after that. Secondly, it doesn't make sense to control the devices (iFresh 6-Inch Smart Inline Duct Fan, Smart FC 4800-EVO LED Light) with a phone app because they turn off and on randomly so you have to keep them in manual mode, which completely negates the smart features. Thirdly, I don't believe their marketing; the quality of the devices definitely doesn't match what they advertise for the price. After this harvest, I intend to switch to another manufacturer and never look back. Also getting customer protection involved here in EU. EDITED 19.05.2024 After Mars Hydro contacted me. Hi, I am not going to handle matters through Mars Hydro. I am going to take the matter to consumer protection, and they will review and handle the issue from start to finish, as I am completely dissatisfied with the company's actions
