Waste of time and money
Try on dresses was an easy process but the my actual purchase and return process was disappointing. The quality of all if the dresses I tried were just just ok. My purchased dress (size 20) was shipped in a 5x3x10 box, and was so squished, it would have been nearly impossible to press all of the wrinkles. The dress was also bigger than the measurements indicated and would have required significant altering. Printing the return label was easy, but Printing the approved return slip that goes in the box was not. It was a tiny jpeg photo that was illegible when enlarged. My experience with JJ'S House was not worth my time.
