Frustrating experience with customer service
Quite frustrating experience with the customer service. Ebook conversion did not work, bought a physical copy for the book, requested refund just after 1 day of purchase and is not getting anywhere with customer service. I have asked to process the refund 4 times after completing all the steps on their refund policy, but the customer service just ignores the request and going rounds and rounds about keeping the software. I really would like to get a refund but it seems like they're not holding up to their refund policy.
