Like many others, I fell victim to this shady company's business practices
Like many others, I have fallen victim to Bare Cases (aka. Niche Commerce based in Singapore) and their deceptive business practices. I ordered an item and requested a cancellation almost immediately. Despite them not shipping it out for multiple days, they claimed they were unable to stop the shipment -- and they only responded a week later. When they agreed to take it back, they required me to pay for shipping AND pay a restocking fee, despite me never opening the item. Their customer service is non-existent. I have filed complaints with the regulator in Singapore, along with the CFPB and FTC in the USA. Do not do business with these people.
