Fairprice Grocery Delivery NOT RECOMMENDED
Online grocery deliver NOT RECOMMENDED!! Very diappointed!! Ordered gocery online, chose a delivery date on my day off, and out of the 16 items I ordered, only 10 came correct. I have 6 missing items and they delivered to me 6 other items that I did not order! Now, contacting Customer Service is anothr dilemma. I called the hotline right away to alert them of the missing items and I wanted it delivered on the same day as I will be working in the coming days. They said they will book re -dlivery for the next day. The next day came, no update from them. So I contacted Customer Servic once again, this time, through online chat. They said they just received the report today, and will arrange for re-delivery tomorrow 7/5/24 as they have no slot for today! What a joke! Not reliable at all. The stress and waste of time is not worth it! No point opting for Fairprice grocery delivery.
