I ordered a necklace for a friend. The customer service at YFN help guided me through the process of purchasing the necklace I wanted. They responded to all my emails. I was able to get the perfect gift for my friend. My friend loves her gift. It's one of her favorite things to wear. They also made sure I received my necklace by a certain date.
