I purchased a Black & Decker 10.8V Lithium Ion Dustbuster Cordless Hand Vaccum model 320. This is literally the worse consumer product I have ever purchased. It took five hours for the initial charge (this was advised by customer service). After that time it a operated for 10 minutes. This time only allowed me to actually vacuum the car mat on the drivers side. I was unable to vacuum the passenger side or the other footwells. This is completely useless product as far as I am concerned. I paid $79.00 for this product which I purchased on the 2nd May 2024.
