Responsive customer service! They were very good about helping with an exchange when one of the three shirts I ordered did not fit. Two out of three shirts fit exactly as expected (2XL), the other one of the same size was far too small (fit more like an XL or even L). But they quickly arranged for a replacement. The shirts are nice quality and comfortable material.
