Lost delivery
Had difficulty with delivery, but support at JMBricklayer took care of the issue quickly and efficiently.
Excellent Communication
The company communicates well and provides excellent customer support.
JMBricklayer is a great company
JMBricklayer communicated with me the status of my order. Signing into my account let me track my order until it was delivered.
Great service.
The communication was timely and accurate. The shipping was quick.
A caveat about orders
Be aware that if you order from JMBricklayer's website and use a Visa card to pay, there will be an international fee as you are paying a location in France. The customer service provides updates on your order's progress. Shipment was fairly quick when compared with other website shipping times.
