Poor Customer service/No refund for late delievery
Ordered with K and F with express delivery in the expectation that the parcel would arrive before my holiday. Parcel was shipped out late for some reason and arrived arrive 2 weeks later. I went to customer service to see if I could get a refund for the express delivery and they kept on arguing that the item came in time. I have brought from K and F before with normal delivery and it didn't even take no near as long as this. I still haven't received my money after writing to customer services!
