I admit I was skeptical after ordering because it took so long to receive my personalized phone case, but each time I put in a ticket for the order, I got a quick and assuring response. I just received the case yesterday and I love it! It looks even better than the picture showed on my order. So, if you order, just be patient and you will be pleased.
