The order never showed up
The order never showed up. It was blocked at the border and sent back. Still haven't gotten a response from customer support. Would like to understand the issue and to get a refund. Update: may 23rd 2024 I've reached out to customer support 10+ times now over multiple days. No response. No acknowledgement of refund. I officially do not trust this process. Be wary when ordering, they will not respond/support you.
