I bought a smartwatch from this company…
I bought a smartwatch from this company after reading all the wonderful reviews on their website. At first i agreed with their reviews,could not fault the functionality of the watch but after wearing the watch for a few days i developed a rash on my skin caused by the watch and it became painful to wear. I contacted them to ask for a return and refund and was asked for photos an videos of the damage to my wrist. As it had taken a few days for them to respond the rash had thankfully subsided which i explained to them, they then asked me to put watch back on to show them the issue, i refused to injure myself and they refused to take watch back. I opened a dispute with paypal who sided with company initially but on appeal asked me to send watch back at my expense, which i did, parcel company have now lost parcel and are refusing to pay compensation as their tracking number no longer exists. The moral of this story, dont buy direct from companies in China, their customer service is awful and its a nightmare getting the parcels back to them,avoid these crooks at all costs
