They lied to me saying the delivery is on its way on Saturday but never arrived so then I tracked someone and they said it wasn't even made let alone on Saturday. On top of their tip I gave a $10 tip HOPING THEY WOULD DELIVER THE ARRANGEMENT. But NO delivery i hit the roof of anger, on saturday, i started calling early and they said they don't when the delivery is made, I said want my refund my money back i want refund,they said find over & over again i was asking for a refund,4 hours later someone delivered an old flowers that were wilted and dry, i called them back but never responded, i called over and over ,they went silent. If I was not out of town, I would go directly to the source and handle my refund my way. regret how they offended my terminal wife.they were never delivered on saturday, 1 day before mothers. but after i complaint over 100 calls, they deliver it on Sunday but the flowers were wilted and dry. this NOT I ORDERED!! I requested a refund and nobody has contacted me.
