I want to thank everyone for their review of this company. I was just about to place an order until I read the reviews and the responses from the company customer service department. In every response from the CS department was a flat out refusal to take accountability for their error. Just as @Roselecup XXX stated. The CS department has the same cookie response to everyone. "if it's a size mistake it's usually because the customer misread the sizing" It was ALWAYS the customers fault! Not likely! It's a blatant disrespectful and disregarding response to someone who spent their hard earned money on an item(s) that was less than, or not at all what was advertised and described! And to say at EVERY turn that it's the customers fault! Not cool! Thank you to everyone that submitted their review! I will not be ordering from this company EVER! I'm all set!
