Won't Stop Emailing Me!!
I get a ton of emails from this company despite numerous requests to remove me from all mail and email lists. I've been trying to get removed since October 2024!! I get confirmation that I've been removed, yet the emails keep coming! It would only allow me to enter one date in the review, but I have ALL the emails with different dates. They are in violation of Federal law by continuing to email me. Blocking the email address hasn't worked. My next step is to contact my lawyer to get this resolved. Do not do any business with Rosegal!! Update: Rosegal says to contact customer service. I already did on 10/22/24, was assigned ticket #E241023000009 and said I'd hear from them within 24 hours. Nope, never heard back!!
