Can't get much worse then this!
Ordered a clearance dress and the item wasn't sent after a week and a half. I emailed support requesting information about the delay and they replied with: " We are very sorry, special offer products do not support returns or exchanges." Not what I asked, after a few more days of waiting for the item to be sent or a response to my email I received a notice that my item was canceled, they claimed it was my doing (a lie). I don't have an account with them so the only one who could have done that is them. This kind of terrible service is exactly why Chinese companies should not be allowed to do business in America.
