I'm a customer who's spent thousands of euros on this site, and I've never had a problem, until one day I realized that a brake hose they sent me was the wrong one. After reporting it, I asked for a replacement (I didn't want my money back, just the right part). They told me there was nothing they could do; it seems absurd. Knowing I had to order another €3,000 worth of parts, they preferred to lose a customer over a €70 part. You'll act like human beings.
