We recieved the wrong pannel from these guys, nowhere on the pannel was the model we requested. We notified them of this and let them know we had a customer that needed their computer back asap and hoped we could get the part swapped. We sent them proof, pictures of the model numbers, comparison pictures, everything. They gave us a run around for 11 days and 14 emails and refused to even acknowledge their mistake. Now we have an angry customer and a big glass paperweight.
